After seeing a recent advert on Facebook on Saturday, I decided to jump straight on it & contacted Emperor Oven & Carpet Cleaning. I received a very quick response to my message and my appointment was all booked for today (Monday). I am so glad I booked this company's services for the £99 carpet x 3 special offer, plus I chose to add on a 3-piece suite and range oven cleaning! Luke arrived this morning and worked tirelessly to ensure that he produced great results for my carpets & oven. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome - a gleaming oven & cooker hood, fresh & clean carpets which look amazing and a nice clean suite to enjoy. I would highly recommend this company. Very good service. George was fabulous, he looked after our carpets and range cooker (both of which had its first clean since before lockdown and subsequent building work). We were able to leave him to perform his wizardry, as we walked the dog. When we returned the carpets looked amazing and he was finishing the range-oven, which also was so very clean. I think he also may have fixed a thing or two. So, above and beyond. End result... Both were cleaned to a high standard, which encourages us to call them again when our next cleaning is needed... Firstly we would like to thank Luke for all his hard work today. This was our first time using Emperor Oven and Carpet cleaning. I can honestly say “we were very impressed”!! The carpets looked amazing after they were cleaned. We have cream carpet in our bedrooms, the little marks on them, had completely disappeared and living room carpet, is clean and fresh again. As for my Aga Oven, it looks like new. Don’t really want to use it now haha. We look forward to making another booking in 6 months. Would highly recommend. Luke came to us on Saturday after booking him in with just a few days notice in preparation for our new sofa arrival. He arrived promptly and was very informative with the process. We had a large stain which we weren’t sure would come out as he informed us it was a wood bleed but he did an amazing job! Our carpet feels so fluffy again and smells Devine! Happy with my upholstery clean for my mattress, after my cat had a few accidents on the spare mattress the stains and smell was really prominent and I lost hope that the mattress could be revived. but after the upholstery clean by Emperor Oven & Carpet Clean services the stains are pretty much all gone, as well as the smell. the mattress can now be used again and notably looks more fresh. Will definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends. ~ Jo W

Well, what a great service by George today! Full oven clean and BBQ too - both look like new. It would have taken me hours, so it was well worth the money. George was friendly, professional and was in and out in no time! No one likes cleaning their own oven, surely? We booked these guys for an oven and extractor fan deep clean. He arrived precisely on time, was courteous and very efficient. He told us it was far from the worst they had seen, but it looked pretty grim to me. After 1h 20 minutes of graft the oven looks brand new again, literally spotless. He even changed the light bulb. Would thoroughly recommend these guys. ~ K B

Luke came to repair my lounge carpet where I had dropped the iron. Was friendly professional and knew his stuff! Was able to cut out the singed piece and replace. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service from booking appointment to a sparkling oven. Luke from Emporer quickly responded to my message and subsequently sent a timely reminder of their visit. Luke quickly and professionally set to work dismantling the door from the oven, took the racks to the magic van and in less than 90 minutes I had a wonderfully clean oven. Deep carpet clean throughout the house - excellent job, carpets look renewed, very professional, friendly and polite service, arrived on time, everything was neat and tidy throughout the clean and once finished, and helpful aftercare tips. We have just moved into a new house with an old integrated cooker and separate hob. Both were pretty grim. Luke has done an amazing job at deep cleaning them both . They look and smell like new. Very pleased with the result. I've had lots of building work and the carpets were covered with brick and plaster dust. I gave these a go before decid8ng if I needed to replace the flooring. We had some damage to the carpet and after viewing previous work that Emperor had carried out we booked an appointment, the booking process was easy and whats more they turned up on time and carried out a professional and very cost effective repair, we will be using them for other services (carpet, oven cleaning etc) when the jobs need doing. ~ Martin J

We had a weird annoying stain on our cream carpet that just wouldn’t go. BUT! Emperor came to the rescue with a carpet patch repair. Luckily we had some spare carpet left so it was a perfect match. It took around an hour and it looks incredible. We’re so pleased and we highly recommend Emperor! ~ Sarah F
